We find that these are the most popular types of loft conversion as it provides more headroom and space in general, if made full size you can fit up to two bedrooms and a bathroom maximising the use of the loft’s footprint. Normally these fall under permitted development and do not require planning permission although we always make sure our architects submit to the council and obtain a certificate of lawfulness.

Joe and his team did a great job on our loft conversion and 1st floor renovations. Our conversion came with the added complexity of lowering the first-floor ceilings to create enough space for the loft, but Joe took it all in his stride.Throughout the build, Joe was incredibly accommodating when we asked to include additional work, seemingly unfazed by any request and capable of making it a reality.
